I looked into Brooks Pro Holiday Lighting when I knew they had sponsored my school auction and donated a lighting package for the holidays. I wanted to give them my business and support as they had supported our daughters’ school. When Nathan came out to give me a quote, I was initially overwhelmed with the cost of having a company come and put up Christmas lights but I did not want myself or my husband put at risk for getting to hard-to-reach spots when we didn’t have the right equipment or supplies. Nathan gave us ideas on how to begin with an initial set of lights and how, over the years, we can build on our supply so that it didn’t seem as overwhelming right away. We were also concerned with damaging our gutters and roof and Nathan put us at ease with his testimonials of using his supplies at other homes without incidence.

We’ve compiled the most commonly asked questions by our customers, and potential customers. If you have a question that isn’t listed, feel free to send us an email or give us a call! 

Q: What colors lights do you have to choose from?

We have warm white, cool white, red, blue, green, and orange. We are also able to make any pattern you would like.

It is completely up to you!

Q: When will the install and removal be done?

Installs start mid-October and we do our best to wrap it up around the first week of December. Removal starts the first Monday after January 1st . These are general guidelines, but we are always happy to work with any special requests to fit your schedule.

Q: Do I own the lights?

Yes! The product will be custom fit specifically to your home, and each piece of it belongs to you, even down to the timer and clips!

Q: Does the product come with a warranty?

Yes! We believe in our product so much, that we stand by it for 3 years. Should anything happen to any of our product, we’ll replace it for you!

Q: What happens if I want to change bulb colors next year?

We completely understand the desire to change things up and not feel like your first year decision is what you have to use for each Christmas that follows. Should you change your mind, we are happy to make the update for just the cost of new bulbs, and you would still own the originals.

Q: I already have my own lights. Can I hire you to install without purchasing your product?

It is fundamental for us to be able to guarantee our workmanship in the quality of product is a big part of that. As such, we are unable to work with customer supplied product. In the long run, our clients save money using our product since it outlasts the rest.
